Posting Bail in Orange County

Bail is generally set according to a number of factors. Many counties rely on a bail schedule that sets bail at certain amounts according to the crime that has been committed. A judge may raise or lower that standard amount depending on additional information that is received at a court appearance. Judges often consider the seriousness of the crime, a defendant’s criminal record, the danger to the community and the possibility that a defendant may be a flight risk. Posting bail can be as simple as a phone call. Premiere Bail Bonds has built a reputation on client satisfaction. Our offices offer affordable payment plans.
