Jack Henry Doshay posted a $5 million bail to be released from custody in San Diego. The son of Glenn Doshay who is a minority owner of the San Diego Padres is accused of attempting to kidnap two young girls from their elementary school.
Jack Doshay was arrested earlier this year when packing tape recovered from the young girl had his DNA on it. Teachers who heard the girl screaming as she escaped saw the suspect drive away in a Ford Flex that is linked to the Doshay family. He was also identified in a lineup. He posted $2.5 million bail and was required to live in a psychiatric treatment facility.
This was not the only attempted kidnapping according to police. There was also an incident involving a 5-year-old girl from 2010 that led to the recent arrest and bail being set at $5 million.
