Brandon Christopher Ramsay, “Ramsay Tha Great” was arrested on felony charges of pimping/ The 24-year-old music producer was arraigned on the charges in an Orange County Superior Court earlier this month and pleaded not guilty to the pimping and pandering charges. Bail was set at $70,000. Ramsay elected to stay in jail in lieu of posting the amount.
The charges come after the Orange County Human Trafficking Task Forc uncovered suspicious advertisements offering sexual services. In a sting, officers arranged to meet 2 women in an Anaheim motel located on Harbor Boulevard. Ramsay was taken into custody after arriving at the motel. Authorities say that Ramsay had several text messages between him and the women that were consistent with pimping.
Bail is set by a judge based on the circumstances of the case.
