Kenneth LeRoy Collins, 96, has the unique honor of being Orange County’s oldest inmate. He is currently being held on $1 million bail at the Orange County Jail for allegedly removing his diaper and exposing himself to two young girls. He was charged with four counts of lewd or lascivious acts with a minor and could face up to 60 years in prison if convicted on all felony counts. According to his family, Collins suffers from dementia and believes he may have made a false confession to authorities regarding the alleged exposure and molestation of the young girls. Collins spent 40 years working for Lockheed Martin after serving in World War II through the Navy.
