The Burkhart’s surely do get around and apparently leave their mark. It appears that they have caused various problems over the past few months and years. With the recent fires, allegedly set by Harry Burkhart, the 24 year old German nationalist, and his mother, Dorothee Burkhart, 53-year-old, who’s being held on a provisional arrest warrant, it could be the end of the road for both mother and son.
Burkhart has been charged with 37 counts of arson and is being held on $2.85 million bail. He is expected to return to court Jan. 24.
It seems that Burkhart has a strong hatred for Americans and the United States, which makes me wonder why he’s even here. A daring escape through a German hospital window. A claim that fascists were trying to kill them. And, skipping out on a bill for a breast augmentation surgery.” Wow, that’s tiring!
It will be interesting to see how this story ends for both, but at the same time, I can’t help but think of the innocent people affected by Burkhart’s actions, which has reportedly reached upward of $3 million.
