In a follow up to a story we posted last month, Joshua Waring, son of former “Real Housewives of Orange County” Lauri Peterson pleaded “Not Guilty” to attempted murder at an Orange County Superior Court. He was charged with three counts of attempted murder after police say that he shot at three people following a disagreement. The shooting occurred at the 2900 block of Babb Street in Costa Mesa. According to authorities, Waring opened fire at the group of three striking one man in the torso. Waring was arrested after a police chase in Santa Ana. He has been held at the Orange County Jail on $1 Million bail and is due back in court on August 19 for a hearing on the matter.
