The owner of Premiere has written 2 bail bond handbooks for the industry and is on the board for both state bail associations and the president of the local bail association. All of our staff is bonded & insured and holds Ca Dept of Insurance Bail Bond Licenses.

Our Staff
 Sean M. Cook – Owner / Operator
Sean has almost 20 years of bail industry experience. He is the author of two Best Selling Industry Guides and Handbooks called, “Bail Bonds 101” and “Bail Bonds 201”. He is a Certified Bail Agent level 5 and a past course instructor.

 Colleen Cook – Owner / Operator – Civil Bond Division
Colleen specializes in Civil, Surety and Child Custody Bonds for Premiere, with over 12 years in the bail bond industry. Additionally, she has more than 13 years experience as a licensed California Realtor®. As a mother of two boys, she is constantly on the run, and takes that even further because she is an accomplished marathon runner. |
 Jessica Greene – Company Manager/Bail Agent
Jessica is the office manager at Premiere. She has been with the company since 2005 and does bail motions, bond forfeitures, collections, 1275 holds and much of the administrative functions ins the office. She understand bail inside and out and can answer just about any questions you have and if she cant answer it she is very resourceful and will get the answer. |
 Karen Thibodeaux – Office Administrator / Bail Agent
Karen joined Premiere over eight years ago, after she retired from her 32 year tenure with Verizon in the communications and customer service area. Serving as Office Administrator and a Bail Agent for Premiere, Karen handles a variety of duties, along with posting bail primarily in Orange County. She is family - the aunt of the owner. |
 Herb Laano – Senior Bail Agent
Herb joined Premiere more than five years ago, serving as a Senior Bail Agent. He graduated from Cal State Long Beach with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice, which is a perfect fit for the Bail Bond industry. Keeping things in the family spirit, Herb is the son-in-law of Karen, and cousin-in-law to the owner of Premiere Bail Bonds, Sean Cook. Besides spending as much time with his kids as possible when he can, he is also involved in mixed martial arts. |
 John Young – Bail Agent
John has been with Premiere for more than five years, serving Los Angeles and Ventura counties. He is one of our most experienced Bail Agents and a key contributor to Premiere’s success. Prior to getting into the bail bond industry, he was involved in the real estate and mortgage industries. |
 Debbi Harris – Bail Agent
Debbi has been with Premiere since 2006. Prior to joining her brother’s bail bond company, as an agent, she spent 22 years in the retail industry. This experience gave her the exceptional skills she has in communications and customer service. |
