Obtaining a Bail Bond in Yorba Linda

Need a Bail bond in Yorba Linda?   Getting through the process of securing a bail bond for the release of a friend or a loved one can be a very stressful and confusing ordeal.   Thankfully, Premiere Bail Bonds has been serving the Southern California community for eleven years and we will help you put this experience behind you.   By calling our toll-free number at 1-800-662-0056, our highly trained and experienced bail agents will expedite an immediate release of an individual that has been arrested in Yorba Linda.   Through the telephone or via fax we can gather information such as where an individual is being kept as well as the bail amount, the booking number, what the exact charges are, and the inmate’s court date and time just to name a few.

If an individual in question has been arrested by the Yorba Linda police authorities there are several things to consider.   For one the Yorba Linda Police have been patrolling Yorba Linda due to its close proximity to the City of Yorba Linda.   An arrestee will generally go through the booking process at the Yorba Linda Police holding facility then transferred to the Orange County Jail in Santa Ana within twenty-four hours.   Releasing an inmate in the Yorba Linda Police Department will take under two-three hours putting into consideration of overcrowding.   Calling the Yorba Linda Police phone number is a good start in determining the status of an individual in question.   Calling 1-800-662-0056, our agents will do this for you in a quick and convenient manner.

Below you will find useful information regarding the booking process, contacts, and maps of the Yorba Linda Police Department and the OC Jail facility and OC Superior Court.

Questions:

What is the booking process?

The booking process is the procedure in which the inmate is catalogued, photographed and fingerprinted.   In this time the individual may use his only phone call and then placed in a holding cell.

How long is the booking process for an inmate ?

Usually in the Yorba Linda Police Department jail it can take anywhere from 1 hour to two.   After twenty-four hours, the inmate is then transferred to the Orange County jail facility.   The Orange County Jail facility can take up to eight to twelve hours and again, it depends on how busy and overcrowded they are.

How can I post bail/bond for an inmate?

The Yorba Linda Police jail has a bail window available all day and all night.   In the Orange County Jail, if the inmate is a new booking and has completed the booking process or has appeared in court and has been remanded to the custody of the Sheriff, bail can be posted at the IRC Cashier's Office at 550 N. Flower St., Santa Ana. If the inmate has been sentenced, bail cannot be posted. Bail/Bond information will be available approximately six hours after booking time.

When does an inmate have to appear in court?

Usually it takes up to 72 hours for an inmate to be turned over to the court where bail is determined.   You can also find out by calling 714 647-4666 at the Orange County Jail.

How can I get some or all of an inmate's property released to me?

For the Orange County jail facility:   during regular visiting days and times, simply advise the Deputy at the information desk that you need a Property Release Form Complete the form in detail and return it to the Deputy who will obtain the inmate's signature. When the form is signed, the property will be brought to the information desk. You must wait until all of the above steps have been completed. If you do not wait, the property will be returned to storage and the process will begin again when you return. Only in cases of extreme emergency can it be done outside of regular visiting days and times.
