Questions???
Approximately how long does it take for my friend or loved one to get released from jail?
Basically, the time it takes to get fingerprinted, photographed, and completing all of the paperwork can take anywhere from 6 to eight hours if the individual has been taken to Orange County Jail and maybe more if the individual has been arrested over the weekend. If the individual in question has been taken to the local Buena Park jail, it can take 1 to 2 hours. At Premiere Bail Bonds, we’ll shorten this time for release so you won’t have to.
How and when can I get information regarding information on my friend or loved one after an arrest?
Information regarding an arrest can become available in two hours by calling the jail facility located below or by accessing the OCSD’s website. Call the local Buena Park Police Department number found below if they have been taken by local police. By calling our trained and certified bail bondsmen, we can expedite this process immediately through phone or fax.
How can I release the inmate’s property to me?
Basically, during regular visiting days and times just inform the Deputy at the information desk that you need a Property Release Form. Complete the form in detail and return it to the Deputy who will obtain the inmate's signature. When the form is signed, the property will be brought to the information desk. You must wait until all of the above steps have been completed. If you do not wait, the property will be returned to storage and the process will begin again when you return. Only in cases of extreme emergency can it be done outside of regular visiting days and times.
How much would the bail amount be?
It does depend on the crime and a variety of enhancements that determine bail amount. Check our bail code Orange County Bail Code
